What if I am afraid or cant do something? I hear people might climb poles or fall off tables.
We want you to be glad you did what you did and glad you didnt do what you didnt do.
How anyone participates in the DoingWorks training is up to them provided that they stay engaged in some capacity. We do not force anyone into doing any activity and we ask that other participants respect peoples choices as well. When you leave the training session we want you to be glad you did what you did and glad you didnt do what you didnt do.
We will encourage and support people to do their best, but if someone says, No it means No. Coercion, ridicule, and peer pressure are not support.
As far as physical limits, we all have them. For people who may be in a wheelchair, overweight, older, blind, non-athletic, etc., come ahead and join us. The activities are designed to work with your team or company regardless of physical limits.
