DoingWorks

What if I am afraid or can’t do something? I hear people might climb poles or fall off tables.

“We want you to be glad you did what you did and glad you didn’t do what you didn’t do.”

How anyone participates in the DoingWorks training is up to them provided that they stay engaged in some capacity. We do not force anyone into doing any activity and we ask that other participants respect people’s choices as well. When you leave the training session we want you to be glad you did what you did and glad you didn’t do what you didn’t do.

We will encourage and support people to do their best, but if someone says, “No” it means “No.” Coercion, ridicule, and peer pressure are not support.

As far as physical limits, we all have them. For people who may be in a wheelchair, overweight, older, blind, non-athletic, etc., come ahead and join us. The activities are designed to work with your team or company regardless of physical limits.
