History
In 1993, Sam Sikes and Mary Butler founded Learning Unlimited Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma in order to serve the training needs of a variety of large and small companies.
In 2004, Sam needed to move back to Texas and closer to family. Still wanting to do what he loves, Sam formed DoingWorks Inc. so that he could continue to promote and progress experience-based learning.

Location
DoingWorks is based deep in the heart of Texas just 35 miles northwest of Austin. Just don't let the location fool you. Wherever the training needs to happen, that's where it will be. We have traveled to almost every state in the US and to places such as Germany, Scotland, Canada, and Singapore multiple times. We go to where the people are.

DoingWorks helps you achieve the results you need.
At the core of every successful organization are individuals who understand and trust each other. Add common purpose and direction and you've created the team. Think of DoingWorks as an interpersonal tool to help your organization focus on its purpose and effectively realize its goals. Achieving this direction comes first through establishing a foundation where teamwork thrives.
DoingWorks makes it happen through experiential learning. Experience-based training and development methods are proven to engage the adult learner at a level that encourages long-term behavior change - the goal of all training programs.
